The Brighter Days Foundation
Meet The Team!
Clarke Construction Projects – the company that proudly bears our family name, is where I have had the opportunity to share my passion, knowledge, and experience with numerous clients. I’m Cameron Clarke, proud owner of CCP, which prides itself on professional, quality and efficient services, always keeping customer satisfaction a top priority.
Before creating Clarke Construction Projects (CCP), I was never afraid of hard work on our family farm. I had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age and later, studied Architectural Engineering at Red River College graduating with an Architectural Technologist (C.E.T.) diploma.
I worked to help build the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport and partnered with many other reputable companies along the way – including IBM, CBC, and The Assiniboia Downs, to deliver quality interior building improvements.
In 2021, The Brighter Days Foundation was born to support a fundamental belief held by my family that hard work, dedication, and perseverance will lead us to achieve our goals. At CCP, we believe that creating a space to envision “brighter days” is an important step to personal growth. Our wish is to inspire young people to make their goals a reality.
No matter what professional success I have in life, being a Father and Husband will always be my number one. I am a Dad to three children, and Husband to my wife, Michelle. I embrace spending time with my family, as well as being outside and savouring life’s adventures.
I look forward to working with you in the near future and do hope you choose Clarke Construction Projects to deliver your successful project.

Michelle Clarke and Maya Angelou have something in common. They both believe that ... “People may not remember exactly what you did, or what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.”
Whether it was in her various leadership roles as an educator and administrator in our Canadian public school system for almost 25 years, as a loving mother of 3 and dedicated wife, as a curriculum and educational tools designer or currently, as an entrepreneur and Director of Universal Solution Professionals, Michelle strives to leave a memorable impression on everyone she meets.
Michelle, who is a Master Certified Civility Trainer, brings a Master’s in Education degree, International Coach Federation accredited iPEC Educational Coach training, experience in both Executive Leadership and as an Essential Skills Analyst, along with years of lifelong learning, fluency in French, and a committed approach to fostering human-kindness to every role she embarks on. She is thrilled to provide her knowledge, skills and abilities as a Learning Strategist and Instructional Designer to various organizations including Workplace Education Manitoba, Manitoba Tourism Education College, the University of Manitoba and the many other organizations where she delivers impactful professional development.
Michelle, along with her family and entrepreneurial husband – Cameron of Clarke Construction Projects decided to establish “The Brighter Days Foundation” in order to support a fundamental belief that hard work, dedication, perseverance and thoughtfulness will lead us to success. We believe that creating a space to envision “brighter days” is an important step to personal growth.
Together, our wish is to inspire young people to make their goals a reality. We want to accelerate those who approach life recognizing the “power within” to set and achieve goals, as well as the resilience to persevere in positive ways.
I do look forward to our paths crossing in this capacity in the future!
