Busy Day Today for Charlee’s Bedroom Makeover!

The “Dream Team” from Clarke Construction Projects includes Tina, Aman and Roger for this day. We needed extra hands because we were assembling Ikea furniture! If you have ever bought furniture from Ikea you get why we needed more hands on deck!

Luckily, Charlee’s parents had spent the previous evening assembling the loft bed, so that saved the Dream Team a lot of time on Day 2. 

Supervisor Charlee Helps Out and Keeps Us Entertained

Since there would be tools and other bits around, “Supervisor Charlee” got her construction gear on! She worked hard helping us keep the worksite clean all day. What a great little helper she was, and always with a smile on her face! She also kept us entertained with knock-knock jokes!

At lunchtime, Aman taught Charlee how to say thank you in Punjabi and Hindi, and Roger taught her to say it in French. We had a really good time during our break! 

After setting up her desk, loft closet, and ‘Doctor’s Exam Table’ the guys got busy installing the curtain rod, hanging shelves and assembling her new light fixture.

It was a fun day for all of us! Tomorrow will be the big reveal!
